When I was driving along Google Earth trying to figure out exactly where this photo was taken I started noticing these geographic features that looked to me like impact or explosion sites. I assumed they were meteor impact sites but finally found a closer up image that showed that the center points were sites where food or water was left for cattle and the tentacles stretching out from the centers are mostly natural trails created by the animals walking in to get something to eat of drink. Its nice when something you think was cataclysmic is actual created by dinnertime.
